Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure:

• We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for our data storage and cloud infrastructure. AWS acts as a data processor on our behalf. Your data is stored on secure servers located in EU-West-1. AWS is compliant with industry-standard security certifications, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

• We use Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams. We use these Microsoft 365 cloud services for email, collaboration, file storage and productivity tools. Microsoft acts as a data processor on our behalf. Customer data is stored on secure servers located within the United Kingdom. Microsoft maintains compliance with recognised industry security standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
